Jaime became a licensed real estate agent in 2006, although she says her real estate career began unofficially when she was 5 years old learning through her Dad who was a licensed REALTOR® in Victoria, BC for 30+ years and Jaime’s passion for serving her clients has only grown since then.

Jaime's expertise spans various aspects of real estate, making her a versatile professional. She has a special affinity for new home construction, having personally built four homes. Her background in sales and marketing equips her with invaluable skills for listing properties, and her negotiation prowess has earned her numerous sales awards, showcasing her commitment to delivering the best outcomes for her clients.

Her huband Leon Gaba joined the real estate team in 2017 and their business has successfully grown every year with their dedication and commitment to their clients. (In fact, many of their friends were actually clients first.) Jaime is thankful for the longstanding support and loyalty of their clients and feels blessed to work some of the best people in the world (her husband and their clients!)

Jaime is highly involved in the Kelowna community through philanthropic work, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Kelowna; a member of Kelowna Women in Business; and is an Angel Investor in WMAN (Okanagan Women's Mentoring and Angel Network).

LEON GABA

Personable and professional, Leon Gaba made the career change to the real estate world back in 2017 and brings his business experience to the Briggs On Homes Group.

After 19 years of owning his own successful wine-making store (Mission Creek Wine Cellars, in the Lower Mission), Leon decided to join his wife and made the full-time transition into the real estate industry.

Leon’s understanding of the business world, together with his genuine care and concern for his clients is a strong addition to the team. Leon understands business investment, real estate buying and property management. He also is really good at the client care end of the business and enjoys doing a lot of the house showings with Buyers.

Originally from Northern Alberta, Leon grew up in Banff and moved to Kelowna over 40 years ago. During that time he has seen the City grow and develop and is a wealth of information as to the history and changes of Kelowna over the years.

When not working tirelessly with his wife Jaime in their real estate business, he would love to be out on the lake wake-surfing!
