Glenrosa is a cozy neighbourhood located at the southern end of West Kelowna, and expands all the way up into the hills that overlook the city. It's a quieter community with established homes and parks, which make it a great choice for families and retirees.

It's located just up the hill from the Yacht Club, Beaches & Waterfront Parks, as well as retail shops and recreational centres. If you continue up through Glenrosa, you'll arrive at the Nordic cross country ski club, a popular recreational activity in the winter months.

The homes here are traditionally older single family homes, and the distance from Downtown Kelowna means prices are more affordable here than some other neighbourhoods. That being said, there are some stunning homes here, particularly in Upper Glenrosa, with new homes and developments under construction.
