South East Kelowna is well known for it's parks, wildlife & trails; all of which add to the relaxing and rural vibes. There are great golfing options deeper into South East Kelowna, and you can expect to see your neighbours on horseback or setting up a fruit stand on the edge of their orchard.

The properties here are mostly spacious homes in established neighbourhoods, farm houses on vineyards/orchards or country side estates; although there are some smaller options along the golf courses with more townhomes being built as that market grows.
